Before you begin:
The following environment variables can either be set for the user or the system. Going to Start > Control Panel > Systems and selecting the “Advanced” tab and clicking on Environment Variables will allow access to the environment variables for the computer.

Tip:
Create the following environment variable. This will prevent a new product from being created each time Catia is launched.

Variable Name: CATNoStartDocument
Variable Value: NO
