Unable to open SMARTEAM - Editor on one system.

Unable to open SMARTEAM - Editor on one system.

The SMARTEAM splash screen does not even appear.

Navigate to the <SMARTEAM>\Bin folder with Windows Explorer.

Open the Logger.config file with Notepad.

Change the first line from:

<Logger Enabled=”true”>

To:

<Logger Enabled=”false”>

Save the file and then open SMARTEAM - Editor.
