Is it possible to remove the Save As menu command from the
SmarTeam menu in CATIA?
Unfortunately it is not possible to remove the Save As menu
command from the SmarTeam menu in CATIA. The SmarTeam menu in CATIA is not
customizable.
The only thing that you can do is customize the commands on
the SmarTeam Toolbar in CATIA.
And there is also a setting in CATIA to prevent the SmarTeam
menu from appearing at all.
Tools > Options... > General > Compatibility >
SMARTEAM (CAI) > Show Menu
So what you could do is remove the SmarTeam menu from being
displayed and then configure the SmarTeam Toolbar to have all the commands that
your users need and just don’t add the Save As command to the toolbar.
