Error No: 00161 appears when connecting to SMARTEAM with CATIA for
one user.

No objects were found for the requested view.
Resetting the User's Profile on the Foundation server resolved the
issue.

1. On the Foundation server, stop the SmarTeam Session Management
Service
(this will automatically stop all the other SMARTEAM services and
it will boot everyone out of SMARTEAM because it kills the user sessions)
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. On the Foundation server, rename the user folder for the user
having the issue:
<SmarTeam>\ConfigurationSettings\Data\User\<user>
Just rename it to <user>_old
(For Active Directory Authentication the folders will look like
this: cn=<active_directory_information>)
4. Start the SmarTeam Configuration Service
(it will automatically start the SmarTeam Session Management
Service)

Then start the other SMARTEAM services (SmarTeam Vault Service and SmarTeam
Workflow Service)
